We're seeking experienced professionals to join our team, focusing on helping clients unlock value from their information assets through collaboration with domain experts. Data analysis is a rapidly evolving field that offers challenging work, career development, and great job satisfaction. As a senior data analyst, you will work in multi-disciplinary teams across various industries, helping clients use analytics to transform and improve their business. You will establish enterprise data governance frameworks, develop and implement data management and governance roadmaps, and lead teams responsible for driving data governance projects.

You will also design data quality frameworks, devise and implement efficient and secure data handling and analysis procedures, and guide clients in preparing and excelling in their approach and adopting best practices for the rapidly evolving data regulations and technological changes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree, 7+ years of experience in data governance and data management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to supervise and develop others, manage scope creep, expectations, deliverables, timelines, etc., and communicate technical information in non-technical language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams across various industries, helping clients use analytics to transform and improve their business.
  • Establish enterprise data governance frameworks, including data policies, standards, and processes.
  • Develop and implement data management and governance roadmaps, including strategic priorities for establishing organisation-wide data capabilities.
  • Design data quality frameworks to enhance clients' data quality across their key domains and processes.
  • Devising and implementing efficient and secure data handling and analysis procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in data governance and data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to supervise and develop others, manage scope creep, expectations, deliverables, timelines, etc.
