Job Role:

A Rigid Driver position is available for a skilled and experienced individual to join our operation.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for daily vehicle checks, ensuring the vehicle and paperwork are in order before and after each job.
  • Duties will include delivering and collecting products to customers across Cork and its surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Loading and unloading company vehicles safely is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Teamwork and initiative are crucial, as the driver will work collaboratively with colleagues and independently on tasks.
  • Ad hoc duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 6 months C license driving experience is required.
  • A digital tachograph card is an essential requirement.
  • Full Clean license is mandatory.
  • CPC Card PLUS New CPC Module completion is necessary.
  • Manual handling is advantageous, but training can be provided if needed.

Working Hours:

  • This role involves working Monday-Saturday.
  • Hours vary per day.
  • Early start times around 4 am may be required.

Package:

  • A competitive salary of €42,000 per year.
  • A meal allowance of €13.71 per day.
