About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Reservations team as a Customer Service Representative.

  • To ensure the smooth operation of the Reservations department, providing exceptional service to guests.
  • To maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • To work collaboratively with other departments to achieve team goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To take reservation calls in line with LQA standards.
  2. To allocate guest preferences, VIPs, traces, etc.
  3. To upsell all aspects of the hotel.
  4. To issue confirmation letters.
  5. To ensure our 3rd Party websites are maintained to a 90%+ response score.
  6. To input group rooming lists & communicate with the events team for group information.
  7. To chase potential corporate guests and liaise information with the sales team.
  8. To check arrivals daily and extend the guest services to future guests.
  9. To manage the Marker Reservations email and respond in a timely manner.
  10. To deal with regular corporate bookers and maintain strong relationships.
  11. To check no-show charges on a daily basis and handle billing.
  12. To cross-check the online websites and open/close availability when required.
