As a Strategic Real Estate Portfolio Leader, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to deliver on our global real estate strategy. This role will give you excellent access to the C-Suite and a chance to shape global policies and drive results.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversight of effective program strategies with detailed execution plans for complex Real Estate footprint initiatives and Construction projects.
  • Removal of roadblocks, obtaining cross functional buy-in, funding and approval, and managing projects and strategies to completion.
  • Completion of financial/footprint analysis and business case preparation for C-suite and other business unit and corporate executive meetings.
  • Influencing and supporting business and functional executives in setting footprint strategies and performance targets.
  • Championing the use of financial modelling, data analytics, and succinct executive summaries to influence strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Benchmarking and continually improving Global Real Estate performance.

**Requirements:**

  • A Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • RICS / SCSI / Finance / Business or Program Management accreditation.
  • Experience in an international corporate setting (Global Real Estate experience preferred).
  • A grasp on strategy and how to compile financial models and scenario assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of business case development, financial principles, OPEX & CAPEX planning, construction, project accounting, program scheduling, and real estate contracts.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Creative and strategic with the ability to drive value and turn concepts into action.
