Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeping and Office Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless communication between clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping and administrative staff to meet deadlines.
- Implement and maintain office administrative systems.
- Liaise with clients and staff to resolve queries and issues.
Business Requirements:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Prepare and review VAT returns and other financial documents.
- Onboard new clients and allocate tasks to team members.
The Ideal Candidate:
- IATI or similar qualification preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in bookkeeping and administration.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills required.
