The expectations and duties of this job include:
- Contacting customers at the start of each workday.
- Running all scheduled calls for the day.
- Accurately diagnosing appliances and electronics.
- Ordering parts and documenting comments in the work order from the customer's home.
- Installing parts on units and testing operation when finished with installation.
- Calling the tech line and documenting calls in the system after any failed repair attempt.
- Finalizing all billing notes from the customers home.
Additional tasks within or outside the scope of this position will be assigned and expected to be completed within agreed-upon timeframes.
