The expectations and duties of this job include:

  • Contacting customers at the start of each workday.
  • Running all scheduled calls for the day.
  • Accurately diagnosing appliances and electronics.
  • Ordering parts and documenting comments in the work order from the customer's home.
  • Installing parts on units and testing operation when finished with installation.
  • Calling the tech line and documenting calls in the system after any failed repair attempt.
  • Finalizing all billing notes from the customers home.

Additional tasks within or outside the scope of this position will be assigned and expected to be completed within agreed-upon timeframes.
