Business Development Role

The role of the Account Manager will be to establish and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on driving revenue growth and best practice adoption.

  • Drive revenue, education and solution adoption with Clients, Partners and Agencies where relevant.
  • Partner with customer insights and direct marketing teams to facilitate education and solution adoption programs.
  • Help develop client strategies for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyse data to identify trends that enhance customer support processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Optimise campaigns and identify programmeatic ways to achieve scale.
  • Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives and communicate progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to client portfolios, including escalation and troubleshooting.
  • Gather feedback from agencies and partners to enhance ad products and the customer experience.
  • Deliver consultative support and up-to-date education on meta products.
  • Present key client issues to C-level executives in order to act as a customer advocate within Facebook.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in customer sales and support, agency account management or consulting.
  • Evidenced success with presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated team working skills, capacity to adapt to fast-paced international work environments with a drive for making an impact.
  • Identify and leverage trends within industry expertise/focus.
  • A self-starter with experience of critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Effectively prioritise tasks and manage time under high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Market knowledge and work experience in UK markets.
