This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dublin on an initial 12-month agency contract, with the project expected to run for close to two years. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping modern workspaces that meet the needs of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including defining project objectives, timelines, and budgets for workspace improvements.
* Collaborate with internal teams, sub-tenants, landlords, and other key partners to ensure a smooth transition of staff and efficient operation of the workspace.
* Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions to reduce environmental impact while maintaining operational continuity.
* Manage risks, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and mitigate potential disruptions.

Essential Skills:
