Requirements
  • Proven experience as a mixologist in high-end cocktail bars or renowned establishments.
  • Acknowledge health and safety protocols in a hospitality environment.
  • Deliver superb guest service and possess excellent people skills.
  • Maintain attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and on own initiative.
