Financial Operations Manager Job

As a skilled finance professional, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. This involves overseeing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions in accordance with established procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Reconcile financial statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Appropriate accounting qualifications, such as a degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
