Job Overview

As a seasoned Centre Manager, we seek an accomplished individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our creche centre in South Dublin. With responsibility for managing staff, ensuring a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for children, and implementing best practice standards, this role presents a unique opportunity for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and manage daily Centre operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Implement the company's REACH curriculum and demonstrate its links to early childcare education theory and practice
  • Effectively manage people and business aspects of the role, including finance and occupancy levels
Requirements
  • A minimum of FETAC / QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent
  • At least five years of experience in the childcare field, with at least two years in a management role
  • Full clean EU driver's licence and access to a vehicle
