Job Title: Office Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Dublin office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the office and its relations with key suppliers, staff, and wider network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, including facilities management, travel arrangements, and communication with landlords and lawyers.
  • Liaise with teams to maintain continuity and build confidence among staff.
  • Onboard new employees and update employee manual as needed.
  • Assist underwriters with organizing broker and client marketing events and resolve low-complexity issues.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • General understanding of law and regulatory issues, including Irish employment law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient IT skills – ability to produce Word reports and Excel spreadsheets as required.
