Master Pastry Culinary Specialist

As a Sous Pastry Chef, you'll play a vital role in planning and developing creative dessert menus and seasonal offerings, including Afternoon Teas, Weddings, and Banquets. You'll also be responsible for overseeing daily production and presentation of all pastry and bakery items, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to strict HACCP and health & safety standards.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a flair for creativity with attention to detail and presentation. A culinary qualification in pastry or patisserie is essential, along with previous experience as a Sous Pastry Chef or strong experience as a Senior Pastry Chef. Knowledge of food safety regulations is also crucial.
