Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and working effectively as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your allocated station to ensure seamless service delivery during breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner services.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding menu items, hotel facilities, and services.
* Provide food and wine service in line with Relais & Châteaux standards, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
* Anticipate guest requirements and respond promptly to their needs, exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
* Set up and present the restaurant daily, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and inviting.
* Prepare mis en place, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are ready for service.
