Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Category Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities within construction and facilities spend categories. This role plays a crucial part in optimising procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, construction management/engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing construction, facilities, or logistics spend categories.
  • Proven experience in sourcing strategies, project delivery options, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories.
  • Strong experience in managing agreements and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
