Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive ICT support across our large and dynamic estate.

As a Field IT Support Specialist, you will travel between sites to deliver on-site IT assistance and provide mobile IT support to local offices as needed. You will also assist users with setup, troubleshooting, and engagement with devices, as well as support the deployment and rollout of devices across different locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations

Requirements

  • Full driving license and access to a car (essential)
