As a Social Care Worker/Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing residential and day services to meet the needs of individuals with varying levels of support. Our team is dedicated to delivering person-centered care and support that promotes independence, community integration, and overall wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be accountable for supporting the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that residents' personal plans are completed in line with regulations and standards.
  • Engage with families, clinicians, and build links in the community to promote positive relationships and outcomes.
  • Focusing on promoting independence and community integration, you will work with residents to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • You will also be responsible for taking ownership and leading key working in consultation with residents, motivating them to engage in meaningful activities.

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A full manual driving license is required, and previous experience in the social services sector is desirable but not essential.
