About You

You will be a problem-solver with ability to think laterally and adapt previous experience and solutions to new project/programme contexts. Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills are required, along with comfort handling large datasets and combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in embodied carbon, whole life carbon assessments such as calculations and analysis
  • Knowledge of energy reduction opportunities for different building types
  • Familiarity with whole life carbon assessments and energy audits (EPCs)
  • Use of compliance/building modelling software (IES, SAP, OneClick)
  • Familiarity with Sustainability Concepts
