About Us

We are Highfield Healthcare, a leading provider of mental health services. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Care Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team in our Specialist Rehabilitation Units within our Mental Health services.

The successful candidate will work closely with our residents, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and successfully transition from the SRU to supported residential settings in their own communities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of mental health issues and have experience working with individuals who require rehabilitation support.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
