• Consultation and Communication: Effectively communicate with pet owners to understand their preferences and concerns, and provide advice on pet care and product recommendations.
• Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, getting to know each client and their pet individually, remembering their preferences and any specific needs.
• Follow-Up and Follow-Through: Follow up with clients after their visits to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback or concerns promptly.
• Sanitisation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including disinfecting equipment and ensuring a safe and hygienic space for pets and staff.
• Product Knowledge: Maximise revenue through services promotion and provide expert advice to support the sale of own-brand products.

• Expert Pet Handling and Grooming Skills: Possess excellent knowledge of pet behavior, handling techniques, and grooming methods to deliver high-quality services.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to build strong relationships with clients.
