Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Ambitious Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding visitor experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the meet and greet process, ensuring customers receive a tailored experience.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
  • BUILD rapport with customers, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
  • Welcome visitors warmly, providing hospitality as required.
  • Oversee reception operations, reporting any issues to senior management.
  • Maintain good relationships with management and colleagues to achieve business goals.
  • Assist with showroom preparation, including merchandise and displays.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area, coffee lounge, and surrounding spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable.
