Lettings and Property Management Opportunities

The role involves taking charge of an existing portfolio of managed properties across Dublin, encompassing the entire lifecycle of property letting and management. This entails managing tenant issues, maintaining effective communication with landlords and tenants, conducting RTB registrations, advertising vacant properties, vetting potential renters, and handling all related paperwork using LetMan software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Dublin
  • Address and resolve tenant-related concerns
  • Facilitate open communication between landlords and tenants
  • Ensure timely and accurate registration on the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB)
  • Coordinate property listings for rental opportunities
  • Evaluate prospective tenants thoroughly
  • Process and manage associated documentation via LetMan platform
Requirements:
  • Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the lettings team
