About ACCA Careers:
ACCA Careers, a renowned financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist. This exciting opportunity is based in our Limerick office, within our Fund Administration Division.
The Role:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting solutions for submission to regulators across Europe. You will collaborate with senior partners to lead planning and execution of regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with current requirements.
We have a hybrid working model that allows for flexibility and productivity, enabling our team members to work both in the office and remotely. The successful candidate will thrive in this environment, spending their time effectively between office and remote work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior partners to plan and execute daily and periodic regulatory reporting.
- Evaluate and implement changes to proposed new regulations, ensuring compliance with current requirements.
- Communicate with regulators, relationship managers, and clients regarding queries on existing reporting solutions or ad-hoc information requests.
- Cross-train partners across EMEA and outsourced locations to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Foster a proactive and constructive relationship with team partners based in Manila, who provide support for regulatory solutions.
- Contribute to developing a strategic and scalable operating model for service offerings, ensuring sustainability and profitability for future clients.
- Proactively communicate with clients, suggesting operational efficiencies, process improvements, and enhancements to client experiences.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Desirable experience in financial services, asset management, or fund administration.
- Experience working with teams in multiple locations, preferably as part of an outsourced arrangement.
- Strong consultative skills to build relationships with external clients.
- Self-motivation, innovation, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify errors, interpret large datasets, and demonstrate a commitment to quality work.
- Strong analytical skills to challenge current processes and recommend alternative solutions.
