Overview
As a skilled Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale residential development project in Lucan, Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description
As a Site Manager for this residential development project, your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day site operations. You will oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring that the project progresses efficiently and meets both company and industry standards. Key tasks include:
  • Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Ensuring all site operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality control, inspecting work regularly and ensuring it meets industry standards.
  • Developing and managing the project site schedule, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Liaising with the Project Manager to report on progress, address issues, and escalate any concerns that may impact the project timeline.
  • Monitoring the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and managed effectively.
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including site diaries, progress reports, and health and safety records.
  • Conducting regular site meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the residential construction industry.
  • Experience managing large residential developments, ideally 50+ units.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and quality control.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and their practical application on-site.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and site staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
