Key Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor with ICDS Group, you will be responsible for preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans. You will assess subcontractor valuations and manage payments, assist in the preparation of tenders and procurement strategies, identify and manage commercial risks, and liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Additionally, you will provide accurate and timely cost reporting and forecasting.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a QS role, ideally within the civil engineering or utilities sector. You should possess strong understanding of contract administration and commercial processes, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. A full driving licence is also required.
