Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our dynamic healthcare setting.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established nursing standards and best practices
  • Provide holistic, person-centered care, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life for patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Autorisation to work in Ireland
  • Registered Nurse on the live register of NMBI
  • 6 months registered nurse experience in an Acute General Hospital
  • Recent clinical experience
  • Fluent English
