We are looking for an experienced Medical Device R&D Professional to join our team at Te Connectivity Corporation. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing innovative medical devices and solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D, including experience in product and process design, process optimization, and scale-up. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative medical devices and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes and products
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in medical device manufacturing processes
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- 2-3+ years industry experience in a Medical NPD environment
- Experience with process optimization methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
