At CPL Healthcare, we have joined forces with a prominent homelessness charity to create a unique opportunity for a Project Worker to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.

The Under 18's Residential Service offers a supportive environment where you will collaborate with a dynamic team to provide essential interventions and implement therapeutic care placements. In this fulfilling role, you will develop and maintain relationships with service users, identify their needs, and create personalized support plans to facilitate their successful transition into the community.

This position requires a deep understanding of emotional or behavioral challenges and the ability to work effectively with young people, their families, and external agencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address complex issues

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A third-level degree in Social Care or equivalent
  • A valid full driving license
  • Relevant experience working with similar populations
