About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by following the DECIEM experience and contributing to a teamwork environment positively, pleasantly, and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve high standards of customer service, sales performance, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor stock levels, control inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with Area Sales Managers to address challenges and disruptions.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Attend meetings to update employees on business performance, new initiatives, and other relevant topics.
  • Ensure the team follows brand selling protocols, aligning with the DECIEM culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of counter sales information and complete store reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two / three years of Management experience, in the luxury industry, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and mentor employees to success
  • Events organizational skills/background
