Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Executive to lead our team in the field of Transaction and Analytical Modelling. As a key member, you will be working with top-tier organisations on complex cross-border engagements, helping clients make informed decisions about managing capital and transactions.

This role involves developing and reviewing sophisticated business models, working effectively as part of a team, and providing value to clients through insights and advice. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior members of staff, maintaining and upgrading technical knowledge and personal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review financial models under supervision, arriving at preliminary conclusions.
  • Understand, manipulate, and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.
  • Carry out relevant analysis and present findings both written and orally.
  • Identify issues and draw attention to senior management, contributing to discussions.
  • Maintain and constantly upgrade technical knowledge and personal skills.

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualification such as CA or CFA, or equivalent.
  • Sound grasp of financial accounting principles.
  • Highly numerate with sound grasp of Excel and natural interest in using it to help clients understand their business or make better business decisions.
  • Track record in financial modelling, experience in professional services environment, and exposure to high-profile transactions.
  • Familiarity with development or formal review of financial models and visualisation software.

Additional Skills Requirements:

  • Qualified or newly qualified with ACA or ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2.1 degree, numeric subjects preferred.
  • 2-4 years' relevant experience, preferably in management consulting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client focus, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates organisation and self-management skills.
  • Proactively manages own development.
