Customer Retention Lead

Drive strategic campaigns to foster customer satisfaction and business growth. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for retention, loyalty, and upsell initiatives that boost customer lifetime value.

  • Lead the development of customer-centric propositions informed by market trends and customer insights.
  • Own and deliver base management strategies, campaigns, and lifecycle communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market planning and execution.

Key requirements include:

  1. At least 35 years of experience in proposition, product, or commercial roles within telecoms, mobile, or subscription-based businesses.
  2. Proven knowledge of competitive landscapes across telecoms.
  3. Strong understanding of base management, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing principles.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns (EDM, digital, social, etc.).
