Senior Psychologist Opportunity

We seek a senior psychologist with expertise in high-performance organizations to make a significant impact in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with autism, physical and learning disabilities, empowering individuals to live independently, and assisting with personal care and medication.
- Provide expert psychological assessments and interventions for high-performance organizations.
- Develop and implement tailored HPO strategies and programs that drive organizational performance.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team dynamics and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and design effective solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in HPO psychology.
- Support the development of a positive organizational culture through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Significant experience working as an HPO psychologist or in a related consulting role.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective psychological strategies in organizational settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingsness to relocate to Ireland for this exciting opportunity.
