At ESB Networks, we are committed to delivering a reliable and efficient electricity supply to our customers. To achieve this goal, we require an experienced professional to join our Smart Metering Operations Centre (SMOC) team as the Designated Data Owner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all data owned and processed by SMOC, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and ESB policies and procedures. This includes cataloguing and classifying data, developing Records of Process and Data Protection Impact Assessments, and supporting responses to data requests.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience working in a related field, with expertise in data protection laws and regulations, as well as experience in data management and governance. They will possess strong communication and report writing skills, with the ability to understand and solve problems collaboratively.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the development of Ireland's energy infrastructure.
