Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and driving engineering changes to support sustaining engineering projects from initial change request through execution and full manufacturing/distribution channel implementation.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Engineering Change Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in the medical devices/pharmaceutical regulated industry. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in communicating and tracking defined deliverables, working closely with technical SMEs to ensure all tasks are identified and planned appropriately, assessing the impact of change requests, and managing engineering change deliverables through all steps of the change process.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and drive engineering changes to support sustaining engineering projects
* Lead cross-functional teams in communicating and tracking defined deliverables
* Work closely with technical SMEs to ensure all tasks are identified and planned appropriately
* Assess the impact of change requests
* Manage engineering change deliverables through all steps of the change process

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline
* Minimum 1-2 years' work experience in the medical devices/pharmaceutical regulated industry

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven ability to work within an established quality system
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work progressively as part of a team and on own initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
