Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our organisation forward, leveraging their expertise in strategic leadership, fundraising, and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our organisational direction, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance, working closely with the Board to develop and implement our 2024-2027 strategy.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, securing new sources of unrestricted funding and managing budgets effectively.
  • Oversee programme delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Develop and manage policies, lead a high-performing Executive Leadership Team, and maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A third-level qualification in a relevant field (Business, Social Studies, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience as CEO or in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent financial management skills, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
  • Strong understanding of relevant government legislation, including employment, human rights, and health & safety.
