About the Team

You will work in a team of like-minded professionals with a broad range of experience and backgrounds across IT and the business. The team operates in the central office, shaping and establishing the ways of working and engagement model with other areas in the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the release delivery of Consumer Digital Channel releases and scheduling of API releases.
  • Engage with the Change Management Function and ensure deployments follow the Path to Live process.
  • Represent Enterprise Integration at Change Management Forums and ensure the release schedule is understood by all stakeholders.
  • Establish relationships with External Vendors and IT Support teams to ensure deployment visibility and resource availability.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in an IT function in release management, including API releases.
  • An understanding of Change and IT programme/project deliveries.
