About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Dublin City Financial Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial services and wants to make a real impact.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a qualified accountant who has a strong passion for delivering high-quality financial services. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular financial reviews, analyzing costs, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also assist in preparing monthly management accounts, providing variance analysis, and creating comprehensive reports for the Board and committee.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with finance and operational management teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform strategic planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build the capacity of finance staff

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in accounting and financial management
  • Finalist or Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in IT systems relevant to accounting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Experience in managing and developing finance teams
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
