Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve inspection methods and processes
  • Develop and implement effective inspection procedures and sampling plans
  • Design and develop specialized fixtures for measuring component parts in Receiving Inspection
  • Create test strategies and conduct qualifications and validations of processes, equipment, and measurement methods

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and statistical analysis tools (e.g. Minitab). They will also be proficient in basic statistical analysis, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and have experience working in R&D and GMP manufacturing environments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years related experience or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and ability to run self-directed projects
