About the Job:

We are looking for a driven Gardening Department Supervisor to join our client's growing team based in Carlow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers and overseeing the health and maintenance of the garden centre's plant stock.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Horticulturist or in a similar role, preferably within a retail garden centre environment.
  • Strong knowledge of plants, composts, fertilisers & chemicals, garden tools, and gardening techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
