Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Investor Relations Administrator to join our Fund Administration team. This role is responsible for reviewing the work of Investor Relations administration staff, ensuring adherence to fund rules and representations, and managing daily workflow to meet set deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and ensure accuracy of monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Manage daily workflow and ensure set deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with Account Manager to ensure smooth team operations and adherence to procedures
  • Act as escalation point for client queries and maintain relationship with clients
  • Process capital transactions over month end period and update NAV, reporting to investors and maintaining share register
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years' experience in a shareholder services environment, including one year in a senior administrator/supervisory role
  • Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
