The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day engineering services, including equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. They will also be expected to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years' experience as an electrical maintenance professional, preferably in a manufacturing environment. They should be highly competent in PLC fault finding and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and experience working in a high-volume industry would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day engineering services, including equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with the production department to resolve technical issues and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as an electrical maintenance professional
  • Strong electrical maintenance skills and knowledge of PLC systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and experience working in a high-volume industry (desirable)
