Senior Engineering Manager - Process Development

A senior leader is required to spearhead our process development efforts, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery. This individual will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, construct, and install process systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in process engineering, with a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
  • Proven track record of managing projects through their entire lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
  • Ability to manage vendors and contractors, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent technical writing skills, with experience in creating detailed reports and documentation.
