Global Fund Order Placement Job Description
This role involves playing a critical part in the global fund order placement process. As a member of the GFOP operations team, you will be responsible for managing the completion of fund documentation, monitoring trade orders, and ensuring accurate fund order routing through our sub-custodian. This requires strong technical abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively partner with client servicing teams and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Fund Documentation Completion:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless fund order processing and settlement.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to address any operational or documentation-related issues.
- Trade Order Monitoring:
- Verify instructions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and client preferences.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding fund orders and documentation to client servicing teams.
- Fund Order Routing:
- Oversee the routing of fund orders through our sub-custodian, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues related to trade orders to senior stakeholders for resolution.
- Client Servicing and Liaison:
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow management.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to coordinate fund order placement and resolve any operational or documentation-related issues.
Skills/ Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to work to set deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
