Key Responsibilities
  1. Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams & Clients
  2. All post contract functions including interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations on a diverse range of projects
  3. Estimating & Cost Planning – reporting directly to Clients
  4. Preparing Bills of Quantities
  5. Compiling Contract Documentation
  6. Preparing Cost Reports
  7. Preparing Monthly Valuations
  8. Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts
  9. Review and Resolve Contractual Claims
  10. Attend Meetings with Clients and Design Team Members
