Job Overview:

This role is responsible for leading research activity in the laboratory and managing experimental workplans to uphold technical/engineering workflows. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical process development and process design, with excellent technical writing and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process development plans to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Analyze experimental data and technical findings from research projects.
  • Author, review and approve technical presentations, updates, reports and client-facing materials.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years' industry experience in pharmaceutical process development and process design, with expertise in PAT application and technical coaching and mentoring.
