Job Title: AV Campaign Specialist

Job Summary:
  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV campaign specialist to join our team. As an AV campaign specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive AV campaigns that deliver results for our clients.
  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the media and entertainment industry and has a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  TV Activation
  Develop and execute effective TV activation strategies that meet client KPIs and objectives.
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  VOD Activation
  Develop and execute effective VOD activation strategies that meet client KPIs and objectives.
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  Value Delivery
  Work closely with the team lead to track AV performance versus targets, both locally and globally.
  Ensure all templates are up-to-date and delivered on time.
  Ensure each supplier delivers all value across the period, factoring in value owed when required.
  Ensure quality targets are achieved on all clients.
  Audits
  Complete audit packs and associated works, ensuring they are updated monthly and accurate and delivered on time.
  Operational Finance
  Ensure all financials are up on the system by required timelines, any historic issues resolved in a timely fashion.

Requirements:
  Strong Skills
  Strong ability to pick up and understand various systems.
  Drive to constantly learn more about the AV landscape.
  Ability to understand Excel spreadsheets.
  Good communicator who can argue effectively.
  The Experience Needed
  Ability to develop strong mathematical grounding.
  Someone who won't shy away from tough conversations with suppliers.
  Willing to work within a team structure and take direction.
  Organised individual.
