We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Strategist to lead our global customer relationship management and lifecycle marketing efforts. This role will require a strong leader with good knowledge of CRM platforms, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record in customer-centric marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy across all lifecycle stages, driving onboarding, retention, and reactivation through targeted campaigns, smart segmentation, and compelling content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, design, and media teams to create a unified customer journey.
- Build and lead a high-performing CRM team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Align messaging with customer lifecycle stages, promotions, and product updates.
- Implement test-and-learn strategies, including A/B testing and multivariate testing.
Segmentation & Personalization
- Design and manage robust customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and predictive data.
- Use dynamic content, triggers, and automation to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.
Measurement & Reporting
- Define success metrics and establish rigorous reporting frameworks.
- Analyze campaign and program performance to generate actionable insights and iterate on strategy.
- Present regular reports to stakeholders on performance, learnings, and opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in campaign strategy, segmentation, and personalization at scale.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience with Emarsys or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
