Job Description:
  • To assist the Night Manager in overseeing the entire night shift operations.
  • Co-ordinate with Reception staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Conduct daily handovers with late and early duty managers to ensure continuity and update on any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare Meeting Rooms for the next day's events.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Respond to guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with hotel software systems and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
