Role Purpose
The Youth Justice Worker position is part of Crosscare's Homeless, Youth, Information, and Advocacy Teams, which support those in need with love, respect, and excellence.

Key Activities
- Identify and engage with project participants on their offending, substance use, and antisocial behavior.
- Process referrals and maintain project records.
- Collaborate with Gardaí and local agencies to respond to participant needs.
- Provide training and development opportunities.

Requirements
- 3rd level qualification in Youth Work or a relevant discipline to Degree level.
- Experience working with challenging young people would be advantageous.
- Full clean driving license and own transport is essential.
