Career Starter for Home Care Professionals

We are launching a comprehensive training program for aspiring home care professionals, offering fully-sponsored education and career development opportunities.
Our 14-day classroom-based learning in Dublin covers QQI Level 5 modules: Care of the Older Person and Care Skills, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in home care.
Participants will receive hands-on training in practical care skills, health and safety, manual handling, safeguarding of vulnerable persons, and infection control, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide high-quality care.
Trainees will be paired with our Senior Management Team for on-site support and mentorship, assisting with coursework and assignments, and providing valuable guidance throughout their training journey.
Upon completion of the program, trainees will be employed as full-time carers in one of our service areas across South Dublin, gaining valuable work experience and developing a long-term career in home care.
